The rooms are neat, updated, and come with a refrigerator and comfortable bed. The hotel offers a warm breakfast. The setting is marvelous and perfect. There are coffee houses and restaurants close by. Conveniently located within walking distance to stores and fairgrounds across the street.

The room was neat and updated when upgraded with refrigerator and a comfortable bed, for example. The service was friendly with parking nearby. Location : the hotel was near Walmart other stores, an REAL restaurant, and Susanville, CA. There was Round Table Pizza very close to the venue.

Large rooms with extra couch and armchairs. Breakfast at the Lumperjack Diner, where you can also have dinner.

It's on the main road, but it was okay.

The staff here were amazing and paid attention to us, plus the location is fantastic being near many restaurants, a cafe, and California.

I had a wonderful time during my one-night stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Susanville. The room was neat and had amenities like a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. The hotel's location was stunning, situated near the bridge and close to various restaurants and coffee shops.

I liked the location and comfort of my room.

My fridge was not working and the electric circuit was also not working.

I was really surprised at how big and nice our room was.We had a very nice and quiet time,no complants

To bad the reaturant was closed.And the airconditioner blew up into the curtians and just alittle loud but not a big deal

The breakfast was nice and had a good variety to choose from. The food was good, and the location was cozy, especially since it was near the fairgrounds where we had a three-day event 🍳.

It was a great value for the money. I read bad reviews on the hotel but found none of the reviews to be accurate. I would stay here again.

The young ladies that assisted us when we came to the front desk were so nice and helpful. Both of them were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The complimentary fruit and water was a plus as well!!

Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants, Down Town and Walmart other stores. It also was so close to Lassen Volcanic national park.

Our stay was meeting family for a reunion and the place was very nice and service was very good.
